Kids love Valentine's Day.  Once the Christmas season is over, Valentine's Day is the next big holiday when kids get to make colorful crafts, attend a classroom celebration, and, especially for the girls, dress up in themed outfits. Valentine's Day outfits for girls can be casually fun or classically formal, depending on the event.  Either way, the objective is: dress to impress.
