It's that time of year again. The time when parents everywhere hit the stores and the internet to find the cutest/coolest/scariest/most creative Halloween costumes for their children. Because, come on, we know that this is far more exciting for parents than for kids, at least kids who are not old enough to have a say in what they will be dressed as for Halloween. I am guilty of it too. As the mom of a toddler, I have ideas in mind of what I want my little guy to collect candy in, and likewise his father has ideas-much more gory and gross than mine- as well. But our sweet baby boy? He has no idea what is happening and would probably be content to go trick-or-treating in his birthday suit. (That is definitely not going to happen!) It can be stressful to find that perfect Halloween costume for babies, especially when we are so competitive as parents. We are all proud of our kiddos, and think they are adorable no matter what they wear for Halloween, but we feel the need to top all the other parents in the neighborhood.
