It is not uncommon for 900 invitations to be sent out. 4. It is also not uncommon for 500 guests to attend -- that's A LOT of yummy food! 5. Traditional by heritage and Christian by faith, no alcoholic beverages are served at receptions. 6. Attendings (similar to bridesmaids and groomsmen) are mentored by the bride and groom before they get married. B&G are like premarriage counselors! 7. Guests dress modestly; female guests wear head coverings and typically do not wear sleeveless dresses. 8. Molokans (and non-Molokans) travel across oceans and countries to be there. 9. Only Russian Molokans by lineage can subscribe to the Molokan denomination and have Molokan church weddings. 10.
